HTX. Justin Sun’s crypto exchange Huobi Global announced a shiny rebrand this week. They had the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever, and delivered. The new name? FTX HTX. According to a corporate blog post, “H” stands for Huobi, "T" represents TRON with a commitment to being all in TRON, and "X" stands for the exchange.” It’s giving. This is why we can’t have nice things.
Traders Gonna Trade. In this week’s peak Degen news, we see a truly worthless token spike to $10M market cap. Shiba Inu's team created a test token named Calcium (CAL), which explicitly wasn't meant for trading. “Please do not trade this token as it will not have any future value or need,” said developers. But the meme coin addicts (and bots) among us couldn’t resist a gamble, and started trading CAL. They’re doing it for the “narrative.” CAL currently has 3,300 holders. This is also why we can’t have nice things.

“I will not STFU about this. Feel whatever way you want to feel about All-in - this talk stands on its own as a masterpiece of storytelling about the harm of corporate and political overreach.
Spend 20 mins getting juiced up with this today, and if you want more, read PackyM’s post which calls for a collective approach to solving regulatory capture.”
